PDE is pleased to announce, on behalf of Wight Building Materials Limited, that the Isle of Wight Council (IOWC) have formally confirmed that the majority of the pre-commencement conditions attached to the planning permission for the Mobile Cold Recycling and Inert Waste Recycling Facility and the erection of an Alternative Asphalt Plant have now been discharged.
The news follows extensive negotiation with IOWC with respect to details relating to the pre-commencement conditions.
