PDE recently submitted an application for a certificate of lawfulness for an existing development to Sevenoaks District Council on behalf of FM Conway in respect of operations at their Chelsfield Storage Depot.
The application related to the use of 20 buildings comprising containers, portacabins and the main stores building which provide office space, welfare and storage facilities at the Site.
A certificate of lawfulness was issued by Sevenoaks District Council on 06 February 2023.
The grant of the certificate is fantastic news for FM Conway as it recognises the lawful use of the buildings at the Site, allowing their retention which is fundamental to the established storage and distribution operations at the Site.
