A planning application was submitted on the 10 February 2017 for the construction of a fire protection lagoon and the restoration of part of an existing bund. This application was validated on the 15 February 2017 and we are happy to announce that planning permission was issued shortly after on the 11 April 2017.
The grant of planning permission ensures that measures can now be put in place to ensure the continued safety, and compliance of the site with environmental permitting requirements.
