PDE Consulting Limited recently submitted a Non-Material Amendment (NMA) to Cambridgeshire County Council on behalf of Tarmac Limited to vary planning permission reference H6/0655/95 for the extraction of sand and gravel at Marsh Lane, Hemingford Grey, Cambridgeshire.
The NMA sought to reverse the consented working scheme in light of proposals for dewatering which have been agreed with the Environment Agency and will take place during the extraction and restoration phases of the development.
The NMA was granted on 20 October 2020 and enables Tarmac Limited to proceed with the working and restoration of Marsh Lane Quarry in accordance with the updated working scheme.
