On behalf of Aggmax Transport Limited, PDE recently submitted a Section 73 application to Suffolk County Council to enable the installation and use of a new silo to be used in connection with the existing concrete batching plant at Lawn Farm Quarry, Wetherden.
The application was resolved to grant permission by Suffolk County Council’s Development and Regulation Committee on 17 December 2020.
The new silo will enable Aggmax to store additives for use within the concrete batching process allowing for the production of more varied concrete mixes which are tailored to their client’s desired specifications.
