Permit Variation for Cranebrook Quarry

We are pleased to announce, on behalf of WCL Quarries Limited, that the Environment Agency (EA) have granted a permit variation for a waste operation at Cranebrook Quarry, Brownhills, Staffordshire. The permit variation serves to remove the limits on the volumes of waste that can be stored in relation to the operation of the aggregate recycling facility.

The aggregate recycling facility has a permitted throughput of 75,000 per annum and involves the sorting and screening of soils and the crushing and screening of concrete, bricks etc to produce secondary aggregate.
