We are pleased to announce that the Environment Agency have granted a permit variation at Griff Quarry, Nuneaton, Warwickshire on behalf of WCL Quarries Limited. WCL are now permitted to accept up to 750,000 tonnes of material for restoration at the site, allowing for a faster restoration of the quarry to agriculture and habitats. The application was submitted under a minor technical variation and was approved without delay.
