On behalf of STRABAG AG-UK BRANCH (Strabag), PDE submitted an environmental permit application to Hartlepool Borough Council on 03 March 2022 for a Local Authority Pollution Prevention and Control permit authorising a concrete batching plant installation at Plot 2, Greenland Road, Hartlepool, TS24 0RQ.
The permit, which was granted on 26 September 2022, allows Strabag to store aggregates and cement, produce ready mixed concrete, and manufacture concrete products at the site.
