On behalf of our client, FM Conway Limited, PDE have produced a planning application to allow for the variation of Condition 2 attached to planning permission reference LW/789/CM(EIA) to allow for changes to the layout of the permitted development and specification of the asphalt plant to be installed at their site in Newhaven, East Sussex.
Should planning permission be granted by East Sussex County Council it will allow our client to install and operate an alternative asphalt plant at the site which will provide more opportunity to use additional recycled products within the asphalt products. It will also allow for revisions to the permitted site layout which will allow for a more efficient working area within the Site.
