On behalf of Land Logical Dartford Limited, PDE Consulting Limited has produced a Materials Management Plan (MMP) under The Definition of Waste: Development Industry Code of Practice (DoW CoP) for Risebridge Golf Course which is located in Romford, Essex.
Approximately 64000 m³ of clean inert material is required to remedy the localised ponding of surface water on the driving range whilst simultaneously making qualitative improvements to the bunding on the periphery of the range to help retain balls within the confines of the range and improve safety of members of the public utilising adjacent footpaths. The material to be used to engineer the driving range is clean, naturally occurring material which does not require treatment. The scenario considered is therefore, ‘Direct Transfer’.
PDE produced an MMP (including a Design Statement and an Environmental Risk Assessment) for three identified sources of inert material. The MMP was assessed by QP001 (Ged Duckworth) who signed a validation for each source material.
